The Falcons Group is a franchise management network that owns and operates over 90 locations comprised of four different brands. This Site provides information about:

Falcons Coffee – Overseeing Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins cafes
Falcons Restaurant Group – Operating TGI Fridays locations
Falcons Properties – Managing real estate for multiple locations
Each brand operates as a separate legal entity under the direction and support of our corporate headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You waive any objection to venue in such courts and consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Falcons Group concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
